Work Experience: Henry Han has over ten years of experience in the field of intellectual property within the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining SRBM, Henry Han served as an Intellectual Property Manager at a biotech company, where he was responsible for establishing the company's intellectual property management system and formulating and implementing intellectual property strategies for multiple R&D pipelines, including small-molecule drugs and nucleic acid technologies. His main work included: landscape analysis, competitor intelligence analysis, formulation of global patent layout strategies, patent application drafting, patentability assessment, and FTO analysis. During this period, he led the completion of international patent layout for the company's core technologies, obtaining patent authorizations in major countries and regions such as China and the United States. Henry Han also worked at the Jiangsu Center of China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), where he was responsible for the substantive examination of patents in fields such as compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, formulations, and medicinal uses.
