With nearly 15 years of dedicated experience in the field of biopharmaceutical intellectual property, she is a highly accomplished senior patent agent and patent litigation attorney renowned in the industry. Ms. Zhou Rui currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Beijing SRBM.

Work Experience: Prior to joining SRBM, Ms. Rui Zhou held senior position at a patent agency, where she served as Head of Biopharmaceutical Department and Partner. She combines solid practical expertise in patent practice with proven team management experience. In her professional capacity as a patent agent, she boasts proficiency in nearly all facets of patent matters across the biopharmaceutical sector, with a particular expertise in patent mining and global patent portfolio strategy. She once spearheaded the global patent protection layout for a marketed SARS-CoV-2 vaccine product, establishing a robust and comprehensive patent protection network. Among these, the core Chinese patent was awarded the China Patent Silver Award. Additionally, Ms. Rui Zhou has extensive experience in patent reexamination, invalidation proceedings, third-party observations, and other related practice areas. Leveraging her dual expertise in both technology and law, she has assisted numerous clients in building intellectual property barriers in domestic and international markets and successfully supported the commercialization of their products.
