He has participated in many Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis projects and has provided clients with solutions to a wide range of IP-related issues. Leveraging his profound understanding of both science and law, he assists clients in transforming technological advancements into critical corporate intangible assets. Furthermore, Mr. Shao has previously worked within the government sector, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end IP management processes and industrial policies.
